Our online therapy offers convenient, confidential support for people living anywhere in Texas through our secure, easy-to-use teletherapy platform.

Nicole Lansbery (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with more than 17 years of experience serving the Austin community.

Chelsea Cohen

Director of Operations

In addition to serving as Director of Operations for ADBTA, Chelsea Cohen is an adjunct faculty member at St. Edward’s University, where she teaches Abnormal Psychology, trains clinicians in adherent DBT, and works with clients to identify how they can effectively use coping skills to build a life worth living.

Allyssa is a compassionate healthcare operations leader with over 10 years of experience in Austin. She supports operational and financial health while fostering a warm, community-centered culture. She empowers counselorswith systems, resources, and opportunities for growth.
